The company TLK Games invites you to read carefully the following clauses and pay attention to the fact that it is not possible to buy goods or services without first accepting the conditions described hereafter.

ARTICLE 1 – Object

This contract determines the rights and obligations of the company TLK Games and the consumer through the sale of properties by TLK Games on its website. Conditions of Use constitute the full rights and obligations of the parties; no other condition can be added. As an agreement concluded on a remote electronic mode, the company TLK Games intends to establish its Identity vis à vis the consumer by identifying the company by its name, address, telephone number, its identification number, e -mail address of the institution making the offer if different from the address of the headquarters.

ARTICLE 2 - Contract Documents

ARTICLE 3 - Law

ARTICLE 4 - Goods and services

ARTICLE 5 – Price

Prices of our products are indicated in Euro. The VAT applicable on the day of the Order and the shipping fee will be added to the price. ARTICLE 6 – Confirmation of the order

ARTICLE 7 - Delivery

The company TLK Games will deliver by email the necessary identifiers to access the ordered products less than 24 hours after completion of the order form.
The IDs to access the product will be delivered to the email address specified by the customer on the order form. Any complaint must be sent to the address listed in Article 1. ARTICLE 15 - No partial validation

If one or more stipulations of these conditions are held to be invalid or declared under such a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and their scope unchanged.
